Simplifia was founded in 2011, the result of a student project led by two friends, Baptiste and Maxime, who were then students at emlyon business school.
It was within the school’s incubator that their idea took shape: the funeral sector, perceived as archaic and with very little digitalization, was in dire need of modernization.
The two founders decided to take on this challenge by bringing a digital and innovative approach.
